We work rain or shine with the only exceptions being hazardous conditions. In the case of hazardous weather conditions we skip the clean and do double duty the following visit. You will still be charged for the skipped visit, because we will clean up two visits worth of waste when we do double duty.

 For the best quality of service, we advise all clients maintain the area being cleaned of tall grass and excessive leaves. These things make visibility difficult and may be hard to clean all waste. If a yard is not properly maintained, we cannot guarantee all waste will be removed. 

While we love our furry friends, for the safety of our staff, we will not enter a yard with a dog in it to limit exposure to dog bites. We ask to please secure all pets inside or in a separate area during your service. 

We ask for notice so we can make sure to keep our routes updated and optimized, that way we can continue to offer great service for great prices. If you cancel after payment is made on the 1st of the month, services will be completed for the rest of that month, you no longer will be charged as well as removed from any upcoming routes.
